- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Marsh and his Nurses are phenomenal. The front desk staff however are rude and inconsiderate. I get to my child's scheduled appointment 15 minutes early, we are the first ones here. I walk to the desk where two of them are talking....I literally stand there for five minutes while a third staff member is picking up magazines around the waiting area. No one acknowledged me. Again, I'm standing in front of the desk. So I go sit down and wait a total of ten minutes pass before the third one came back and asked if I had an appointment. She was rather rude, but to be honest that could of have been her personality. Just horrible experience when this is an amazing office.August 07, 2017by Samantha Carter
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Marsh knows how to fix your allergy problems, I was coughing up blood due to another issue but the allergy shots helped me very much. Nurse Jennifer is by far the best nurse i have ever had. She did the test on my back and even though it was a little painful was so gentle it was nothing compared to others i have had. If i ever hit the lottery, I will hire her to travel the world with my family and I, to be our private nurse. She is great at her job and really cares about people. Jennifer is an asset to the clinic of Dr. Marsh. I have not had any ear, nose, throat surgery but if I ever do, I trust Dr. Marsh 100% to do the best job. I have had Doctors enter the room with a frown on their face, but have never seen Dr. Marsh without a smile. So do you really want some grumpy Doctor working on you? or someone like Dr. Marsh who always seems happy and positive? I have been going to his clinic for 8 yrs. and I pay attention to peoples facial expressions.June 04, 2017by brett chitwood
