- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I haven't heard postive things about Dr. Horn. She was not my dr but she was the Dr on call the night I went into labor at Sparks. I wasn't even there an hour and they sent me home in active labor. I went to Mercy and had my baby that same night! Although the nurse and resident were at fault as well I still believe it was her responsibility as she decided to discharge me.August 25, 2017by kayla briley
