  I made an APPOINTMENT well in advance of my desired date of April 24th. I am a handicapped individual and require assistance to get out of my home do to my inability to navigate stairs, therefore I try to get all appointments and such on the same day as much as possible. When I made my appointment, I made the receptionist aware of this fact and since I had an appointment for my Doctor that morning, this was a perfect fit. They had sent me information through a mail out program. I also explained my extreme fear of dentistry in general, and Barbara gave me positive feedback, scheduled the.appointment day and time, done deal. Then the Friday prior called me to see if they could move me to an appointment 30 minutes later and I aggreed. Imagine my frustration at arriving for my appointment at 1:15 ( 15 minutes early) to fill out paperwork as suggested, waiting for my SCHEDULED appointment only to wait and wait. I begain to observe others getting waited on that arrived after me! At 2: 15, when the 3ed patient after me was taken in, my husband and I left! I called in from the car and asked Barbara what is up with that and was it common practice for their office to make people wait 45 minutes for an appointment, to which she rudely told me I had not been there 45 minutes. I told her she was right, more like an hour. The ironic thing about this. Is I observed a sign in the waiting room that says "your time is valuable as well as ours. Therefore, if you need more than an hour or two with our dentists or hygenists, we require a 30% deposit. I should have realized then this office/ dentists were all about the money and not the patient. I went down the road to DDS services ad a walkin, did paperwork, saw a great dentist named Arron Beaver got my work done and was in and out in less than 40 minutes! I can only believe that what goes around comes back to yoy, so to this dental office I say the next time you are despirate to get patients and do a mass mail out of coupons to attract people to your business, save your precious pennies and don't bother sending to our house!!!
